My roomate and I would like to start a t-shirt business at our University. We eventually would like to allow our fellow students to submit designs for big sporting/campus events. What are the legal issues with that? Both for the creative property for the submissions and any university logos. Also what would we need to do to be able to sell on campus?

I am looking for a way to start my own t-shirt business. I am designing a school T-shirt for a school called Lee Elementary. Every year they have really cool designs. One year it was "Got Lee?
